SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days once payment is confirmed.
After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Processing & Delivery:

  • Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight and location.

  • Shipping times may vary during holidays, sales, or high-volume seasons.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, we’re not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

Delivery Issues:
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact your local post office first before reaching out. Once items are marked delivered, ownership transfers to the buyer.


Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all cosmetic and swimwear sales are final.
We do, however, allow size exchanges for apparel items within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Tags are still attached

To request an exchange:
Email contact@hunchobeauty.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Once approved, you’ll receive the return shipping instructions.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • We do not offer refunds or cancellations once orders are placed.
